– We managed to impose clear superiority and control the game throughout, which was also reflected in the 5–2 victory. The opponent didn’t represent particularly strong opposition, but it was very important for us to regain confidence and rhythm after last week’s defeat! The boys played with assurance, and their determination to win was visible all the way – said Bartis.

According to the coach, the key to the performance was quick ball circulation and midfield dominance, as well as the danger created on the flanks. – Our forwards made good use of their chances, while the defence stayed solid despite a few minor lapses – he added.

Bartis also pointed out that he made all five substitutions already at half-time: – I wanted to give playing time to those who had fewer minutes so far. They took their chance, came in with discipline, and added to the team’s overall performance.

– Overall, it was a deserved win, fully justified not only by the score but also by the way we played. The most important thing now is to carry this momentum into the upcoming matches – concluded Szabolcs Bartis.
