Our men’s Superliga team has travelled to its training camp in Turkey, where until January 13 it will prepare for the spring restart with two training sessions per day and three friendly matches.

Due to the limited time available, this winter the high-altitude training camp in Harghita-Băi has been cancelled. On Saturday, the coaching staff and players departed from Sibiu Airport to Antalya, where they immediately got back to work with a light recovery training session that same afternoon, following the holiday period and winter break. The first friendly match is scheduled for January 7, while the return home is planned for January 13.

January 7, Wednesday: FK Csíkszereda – Nyíregyházi Spartacus FC
January 10, Saturday: FK Csíkszereda – Arka Gdynia (Poland)
January 12, Monday: FK Csíkszereda – Zira FK (Armenia)

Superliga action resumes on Sunday, January 18, for the team coached by Róbert Ilyés, when we will host FC Botoșani with kick-off at 3:30 p.m. The FK squad for this match and for the spring continuation of the season is also taking shape during the training camp in Turkey. The club’s management is planning several new signings, while departures from the current squad are also expected during the transfer window running from January 13 to February 9. As per usual practice, concrete information will only be announced once everything is finalized, most likely on the club’s official social media channels.
