Tamás Kovács’s U14 team started strongly, building a comfortable lead in the first half and dictating the pace with organized, dynamic attacking play. The boys displayed great teamwork and precision in front of goal, turning their attacking drills from training into effective finishing on the pitch. – The opponents were physically stronger in almost every position, but we managed to compensate with our style of play. We started very well, our finishing was sharp, and we broke through their lines with good combination play. We practically decided the game in the first half – said the head coach.

He highlighted the excellent performance of every starting player and praised the substitutes for maintaining the same level of quality. The two goals conceded came from individual efforts, but the three points were never in doubt.

The team combined disciplined defending with efficient attacking transitions, securing the win early in the second half. – We knew it wouldn’t be an easy match, since in the away fixture we only managed to turn it around late. This time we controlled the game from the start, our pressing worked perfectly, we won balls high up the pitch, and created plenty of scoring chances – the coach explained.

He added that the team’s overall performance was excellent in every aspect, with great attitude and intensity. In the closing minutes, two Hușana players were sent off for unsportsmanlike conduct, and our boys confidently managed their lead until the end.
